Memorials and Tributes
Recognize someone special to commemorate important occasions, such as birthdays, weddings, notable achievements, get well wishes; or express sympathy and remembrance at the loss of a loved one.

Unrestricted Gifts
Support areas of greatest need, as directed by the Foundation.

Designated Gifts
Support specified AVH Healthcare District projects, programs or services, including Emergency Department expansion, Charity Care of under/uninsured, Women and Infants Pavilion (where 6,000 babies are born every year), AVH/City of Hope Medical Group Cancer Center and Healthy Community Initiatives, such as Healthy Homes, Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) and others. Endowment Gifts
Provide long-term support to a special program, to education or patient-care activity. Investment returns from gifts of $50,000 or more are used to support programs and projects.

Planned Gifts
Support Antelope Valley Hospital Foundation through a bequest in a will, a charitable or revocable trust, life insurance, stock or real estate.

Donations
Each gift to Antelope Valley Hospital Foundation makes a difference in communities we serve. The Foundation’s grant-making depends on charitable donations from grateful patients and families, employees, organizations, foundations and donors from our community. One hundred percent of gifts to the Foundation directly benefits programs and services.
