Vikki Haley, RN, Compliance OfficerVikki Haley began working as a staff nurse for Antelope Valley Hospital in 1974. She transferred to the Mental Health Unit where she worked as a Charge Nurse and Assistant Head Nurse. In 1984, Haley became the Program Director of the Chemical Dependency Treatment Program. In 1989, she was promoted to Director of Mental Health Services and in 2006, Haley accepted the position of Compliance Officer for the hospital. Haley has also worked as an independent expert witness in legal cases.
Haley received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Antelope Valley College in 1973. In 1984, she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in School Nursing – Nursing Services, from California State University, Northridge, and, in 1994, she received a Master of Science Degree, majoring in Hospital Administration, from California College for Health Sciences.
