Before you're discharged, you will receive instructions that will include information about medications, your diet and activity level. We will also talk to you about any follow-up appointments that you may have or need to make with your physician. After we've spoken to you about your instructions and you are ready to leave, we will escort you by wheelchair to meet your transportation
