Billing & Insurance

The friendly and knowledgeable patient account representatives in our business office are here to help you understand your bill as well as access financial assistance if needed.

 Billing for Our Services

Antelope Valley Hospital will submit claims directly to your insurance company for payment. Our registration personnel will ask for your insurance information each time you visit. Providing complete insurance information at the time of registration will assure your account is billed correctly.

Regardless of insurance coverage, patients are ultimately responsible for payment of their medical bills. We will first bill your insurance on your behalf and make all reasonable efforts to obtain payment from the insurance carrier.

Payment of all known deductibles, co‑payments, and non‑covered services for pre‑scheduled procedures and admissions will be requested prior to services being rendered.
